ZERO-WASTE
SOLAR ECONOMY
A world where panels and batteries live twice, green energy flows longer, and waste is designed out of the system from the start.

PROBLEM
The Current Solar Economy is Wasteful
Solar was meant to be clean. But by 2030, 2 million tonnes of still-functional panels will be downcycled or discarded—wasting 30 GW of usable power capacity. That’s nearly 400 TWh of clean electricity lost over their remaining lifetime—enough to power all households in Germany for four years.
And this is just the start. By 2040, the world will face 50 million tonnes of solar waste. By 2050, over 200 million. Without change, the clean energy solution risks becoming one of our biggest waste problems.

Prove it works
Build the first pilot solar plant powered entirely by second-life panels.
Do it again
Use everything we’ve learned to build the next one better, faster and cheaper.
Make it scale
Turn it into an operating system. License it. Let others build second-life energy hubs too.
Build the ecosystem
Connect all stakeholders into one circular system. Make reuse the default. Not the exception.
